OUR ACHIEVEMENTS

The 1980's & 1990's

From humble beginnings

Formed in 1982, MEM has been built into a world class business by founder Chris Mellors. A driver himself, Chris became a BTRDA Champion before securing a factory drive for Ford Motorsport in the late 80's. He was the 1994, 95' and 96' National Rally Champion.

2002

World Rally Champions

In 2002, Karamjit Singh and Allen Oh became 2002 Production World Rally Champions in their MEM prepared Proton Pert.

2004

ASIA PACIFIC CHAMPIONS

2011

ASIA PACIFIC CHAMPIONSHIP 1-2

Alister McRae and Chris Atkinson had a season-long battle in their MEM designed and built Proton Satria S2000's. It would be McRae who would be crowned 2011 APRC Champion with Atkinson taking second.

2012

WRC2 - 2ND OVERALL

After wins in Sweden and Finland, PG Anderson finished second overall in the WRC2 Championship, driving the MEM Proton Satria Neo S2000.

THE FUTURE

A RETURN TO THE WRC

MEM have continued their unrivalled relationship with Proton, to design and build the latest R5 specification rally car to hit the market - the Proton Iriz R5. The UK built machine has already taken national event wins and will soon make it's mark on the world's stage..just like its Satria cousin did many years ago..
